Work with Meredith
If you're standing at the threshold between who you've been and who God is calling you to become, I'm here to guide you through it.
You may recognize yourself on the left side of this image.
But where you are is not who you are.
Years of trauma, inherited patterns, loss, rejection, and survival can bury your sense of self beneath layers of pain and protection. Eventually, it can become difficult to remember who you were before all of it — or imagine who you could become beyond it.
Restoration isn't about becoming someone else. It's about removing what has distorted who you already are.
As the old patterns lose their authority, something else becomes possible: clarity, peace, freedom, authentic connection, discernment, purpose, joy, and a deeper sense of knowing who you are and why you're here.
This work isn’t about creating a better version of yourself. It’s about releasing the patterns that have kept you from fully becoming who God created you to be.
What happens after generational trauma?
There are three paths. Three possible directions.
Without awareness, most people don't consciously choose a path. They are simply pulled forward by the powerful current of survival — repeating what was inherited because the nervous system knows no other way.
The repetition of victimhood is the path where unresolved trauma continues recreating itself. A person can become trapped in patterns of powerlessness, helplessness, and hopelessness, feeling as though the past keeps finding new ways to happen again. The circumstances may change, but the pain, heartbreak, and devastation remain painfully familiar.
Compensatory victimization happens when a person vows, consciously or unconsciously, I will never be powerless again. Instead of remaining on the receiving end of pain, they begin externalizing it — gaining power, control, or protection at the expense of others. This is one of the ways unhealed trauma can be reenacted from the opposite side of the wound.
*Percentages are illustrative estimates based on patterns I’ve observed over more than a decade of watching what people actually do with trauma.
... And then there's restoration
Restoration is the path of doing the deeper inner work required to interrupt what was inherited rather than repeating it or passing it on any longer. It's not the easiest path, because it asks us to face what survival taught us to avoid. But it's the path that makes a genuinely new future possible.
These are the cycle breakers — the people who allow their wounds to be transformed into wisdom, their pain into purpose, and their inheritance into something different for the generations that follow.
My work is for those who choose restoration.
Becoming You
A Private Cycle-Breaking Intensive
Break free from the inherited patterns costing you the most.
Stop carrying what was never yours.
Become who God created you to be.
For spirit-led visionaries and generational cycle breakers who have already done years of healing but are still repeating the patterns they understand intellectually and cannot seem to stop living.
You may understand why you overfunction, second-guess yourself, struggle to receive, or feel responsible for holding everything together—and still find yourself repeating the pattern when it matters most.
Becoming You is for those who have already done meaningful inner work and are ready to identify and interrupt the inherited pattern still governing their relationships, decisions, energy, or purpose.
