You are the artist of your life. This group coaching program will give you the opportunity to repurpose internal materials (emotions, feelings, ideas, beliefs and memories of past experiences) by giving these new function and meaning. This process will allow you to emerge renewed, with a deeper and evolving understanding of who you are and what is your purpose in the world. 

Our work together will involve meditation, presentation, self-discovery exercises and group sharing. And we will definitely have some fun along the way!

Schedule & Zoom Link: After completing the checkout process, you'll have access to the course calendar info in your Library including the Zoom link, which will be the same for all of our meetings. 

Replays: Meredith will upload the replay of each meeting within 24h for you to watch anytime from your Library.

Accountability Partner: You'll have the opportunity to be matched with another person in the program to keep each other accountable. This is optional but highly recommended as it will encourage you to keep reporting your progress week by week, stay accountable, and celebrate your wins!
