Did this happen to you? It's Called Narcissistic Abuse

This was my first video on YouTube back in January 2016. One day I'll tell you a story about how I finally took the leap and hit record. Keep in mind that since this was my first video ever, I was really nervous and that's pretty obvious by the way I said the word "like" about 1000 times :P

So please take it easy on me for the quality of this video! I think you'll still find some comfort in listening to it because it will likely remind you a lot of where you might be right now or where you were in the not too distant past.

Narcissistic abuse is a form of emotional or psychological abuse (that often involves financial, sexual, spiritual and sometimes even physical abuse too) at the hands of a narcissist, psychopath, sociopath, or borderline personality.

The wounds of narcissistic abuse are often invisible yet it's very, very real.

Narcissistic abuse is an epidemic happening to millions of people and most of them don't even realize it. If you're watching this video thinking, OMG she's talking about my relationship, be sure to subscribe and check out my other educational videos on self-healing after narcissistic abuse.

And finally I want to share this video with you in case you don't know what to do now that you just discovered there's a narcissist, psychopath, sociopath or other manipulator in your life.
